Who we are

A Georgia roofing company, built around one service first

Georgia Roof Services serves homeowners across 14 Georgia metros. We started with roof leak repair because it is the call that cannot wait: a stain on the ceiling, water coming in, a storm that just passed. Everything else — inspection, missing shingle repair, chimney flashing repair, roof replacement, metal roof installation — follows in that order, each with its own dedicated page when it ships.

How we work

Inspect. Attic first with a flashlight, then the roof surface.
Trace. A moisture meter and, where needed, a controlled water test find the entry point.
Written estimate. What is wrong, what the fix is, what moves the price. You approve it before work starts.
Fix the source. The flashing, boot, valley or shingles that actually failed.
Water test + photos. We check the fix holds and photo-document the work.

What we will not do

We will not claim a Georgia roofing licence — none exists. Roofing work here is governed by local building permits.
We will not quote a price without seeing the roof. Cost content on this site is factors only.
We will not push a replacement when a repair will do the job — or a repair when a replacement is the honest call.
We will not promise an insurance outcome or a waived deductible. We document with photos and a written report; your insurer decides coverage.

Are you licensed and insured in Georgia?

Georgia has no state roofing licence — a roofer contracting directly with a homeowner is exempt from residential and general contractor licensure under O.C.G.A. 43-41-17(f). So there is no Georgia roofing licence to show you. The checks that matter are the local building permit for the job and the roofer's insurance. Ask any roofer for both before work starts.
